Inductions

All students wishing to undertake classes in Krav Maga must undergo an induction. This gives you the basics of Krav Maga and enables you to join a regular class without feeling like a fish out of water. Inductions last two hours and cover basic striking, defences against chokes, bear hugs, knife threats and attacks, and situations involving more than one attacker.

Next Induction: Soon to be starting in West Cornwall (Autumn time 2007)

Please bring water and/or snacks if required. Please wear comfortable clothing such as T-shirt, tracksuit bottoms and trainers. If you have a groin guard and forearm/shin pads bring them along. If you do not, then don't worry. However, a groin guard is essential if you wish to continue training. No previous experience of martial arts is required to learn, but you MUST be over 18.
